Annika Heikkilä is a doctoral researcher in the Faculty of Education and Culture at Tampere University, Finland. Her main areas of interest are educational philosophy and ethics.
In her PhD research, Heikkilä explores environmental virtue ethics and the cultivation of environmental virtues in adult education, analyzing their educational potential and significance for human-nature relations and sustainability.
